Shipping policy
In plain English: We hand-deliver fresh flowers around Canberra from our Canberra Centre studio, or you can pick up in store. Delivery is priced by distance, there's a $50 minimum for delivery, and you choose your delivery date and time window at checkout. Order by 3:30 pm for same-day delivery. We can't deliver to PO boxes.
Where we deliver
We personally deliver within approximately 20 km of our Canberra Centre studio. Local delivery fees are calculated by distance:

A minimum order value of $50 applies to all deliveries. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or locked bags.
Delivery times
Deliveries are made between 12:00 pm and 7:00 pm. At checkout you can select your preferred delivery date and a half-hourly time window, subject to availability. We'll always do our best to deliver within your chosen window, but exact times can't be guaranteed due to traffic and route conditions.
Same-day delivery
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 3:30 pm. Orders placed after 3:30 pm will be delivered the next available day.
Public holidays
We do not deliver on ACT public holidays. If you select a date near a public holiday, please check our available delivery slots at checkout.
Store pickup
You're welcome to collect your order from our Canberra Centre studio. Pickup cut-off times are:
- Monday–Friday: until 5:30 pm
- Saturday: until 5:00 pm
- Sunday & public holidays: until 4:00 pm
Orders placed after the pickup cut-off will be available for delivery only.
Recipient not available
If the recipient isn't available at the time of delivery, we may:
- Leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot at the address, or
- Leave them with a neighbour, concierge, or reception, or
- Contact the sender to arrange re-delivery (which may incur an additional fee).
For deliveries to hospitals, aged care facilities, and businesses, flowers are typically left at the front desk or reception for internal delivery, in line with the facility's policy.
Correct details
Please double-check the delivery address and recipient's contact number at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details, and re-delivery may incur an additional fee.
Weekly Flowers plans
Recurring Weekly Flowers deliveries follow the same delivery zones, fees, and timing above, unless otherwise agreed for merchant/business arrangements.
