In plain English: These terms cover how you shop with us. By ordering, you agree to them. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Flowers are natural and handmade, so what you receive may vary slightly from the photos. Your Australian Consumer Law rights always apply.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Wonder by Alice Flowers website (wonderbyaliceflower.com.au) and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these terms. Wonder by Alice Flowers (ABN 79 695 432 565) is a boutique florist located at Unit 21/148 Bunda Street, Canberra ACT 2601 (Canberra Centre).

2. Products & ordering

Plain English: Every arrangement is handmade from natural flowers, so slight variation from the photos is normal, and we may substitute like-for-like when a flower isn't available.

  • Product images are indicative only. As flowers are a natural, handcrafted, and seasonal product, the final arrangement may vary in exact bloom, colour, and shape.
  • Where a flower is unavailable, we may substitute it with one of equal or greater value in a similar style and palette (see our Refund Policy).
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to limit quantities.
  • An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us.

3. Pricing & payment

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify. We do not store your full card details.
  • We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate. If a pricing error occurs, we'll contact you to confirm or cancel the affected order before dispatch.

4. Delivery & pickup

Delivery, pickup, timing, fees, and delivery areas are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Cancellations, returns & refunds

Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Weekly Flowers & recurring plans

Where you subscribe to a recurring Weekly Flowers plan, the plan details (frequency, size, and price) are shown at the time of purchase. You may pause or cancel a recurring plan by contacting us before the next scheduled preparation date.

7. Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right, guarantee, or remedy you have under that law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and other than for the consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product or refunding its price. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (including extreme weather, supplier shortages, or public emergencies).

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including photographs, designs, text, logos, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Wonder by Alice Flowers and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. You are responsible for providing accurate order and recipient information.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the ACT.
