Cancellation policy
In plain English: No lock-in. You can pause or cancel your Weekly Flowers subscription anytime before your next delivery is prepared, and you won't be charged again after that.
Applies to: Wonder by Alice Flowers recurring plans, including the Weekly Flowers subscription.
No lock-in contract. Your recurring plan continues until you pause or cancel it. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
How to cancel or pause. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time by:
- Managing your subscription in your customer account, or
- Contacting us at wonderbyaliceflower@gmail.com or WeChat: WonderbyAliceFlowers.
When it takes effect. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel or pause before your next scheduled preparation/billing date. Cancellations made after an order has already been prepared or billed take effect from the following cycle; that already-prepared order will still be delivered.
Refunds. As flowers are perishable and made to order, orders that have already been prepared or dispatched are not refundable (see our Refund & Returns Policy). If an upcoming order has not yet been prepared, we can cancel it and no charge will apply.
