Daisy Hour is a hand-arranged gerbera daisy basket built in pink, butter yellow and cream — finished in a white woven basket with a "Just for you" satin ribbon. It arrives water-sourced and ready to place, no vase and no arranging needed. Made fresh to order at Wonder by Alice in Canberra Centre.
Gerberas are the friendliest flower we stock. They don't whisper — they grin. That makes this basket the right call for the moments that aren't about romance: a birthday, a thank you, a new baby, a friend who's had a rough fortnight, or a Tuesday that just needed something.
What's inside

Size & care
Approximately 30cm wide × 35cm tall including blooms. Gerberas last 7–10 days with care. Keep the basket's foam or liner topped up with fresh water every second day, keep it out of direct Canberra sun and away from the fruit bowl — ripening fruit releases ethylene gas and will age your flowers early.
Good to know
- Vase-free. The basket is the vessel. Ideal for hospital rooms, offices, aged care and anywhere a vase isn't practical.
- Low scent. Gerberas and carnations are effectively fragrance-free — a safe choice for scent-sensitive recipients and shared workspaces.
- Seasonal substitution. Every basket is made by hand from what's freshest that morning. Colour palette and style are always honoured; individual stems may vary.
