About your flowers. Every arrangement is made by hand from fresh, seasonal flowers. Photographs show the style and colour palette you can expect, not an exact reproduction — bloom size, tone and stem count vary naturally, and screens render colour differently.
If a flower isn't available or isn't up to our quality standard on the day, we substitute it with a similar bloom of equal or greater value, keeping the same colour palette, shape and feel. Baskets, vases and ribbons may also vary. Read our full substitution policy →
